Kids Life Group teaches the biblical foundation of God's commitment to relationships. Kids learn how to have a loving relationship with God and the people in their lives.

Each pillar of the Family Peace Center (Kids, Counseling, and L.I.G.H.T. Programs) focuses on building healthy relationships with a "Be R.E.A.L." mindset, teaching how to be Respectful, Encouraging, Accepting, and Loving to others with our words and actions.

We also teach kids how to deal with disappointments in becoming peacemakers vs. peace breakers while providing a safe and nurturing environment to build healthy relationships. 

Classes begin with the kids and leaders sitting in a circle while each person shares something (happy or sad) from their heart. We ask kids to make eye contact when they speak to encourage authentic R.E.A.L. conversations and experiences.

Each student receives a personalized "love jar," a written blessing and prayer from the teacher, and a heart journal. Kids write reflections in their journals and fill the other students' jars with encouraging notes as they learn about their classmates throughout the program. They take their journals and jars home at the end of the program as a keepsake.
